I have been seeing Whites and Asians discriminating against other Black students at school. Some avoid contact and conversation with Blacks.

Politics shape society. Politicians who ignore the throbbing issue are part of the problem.

The rampant discrimination instigated by workers and other students in school inspires me to improve my environment by treating my Black friends concerning minimize their scepticism of the White people.

It should eliminate the biases seen in governmental engagements, such as in the electoral process.
- Which other institutions do you think can assist the process of eliminating social injustice against Blacks?
All institutions that serve the public should be actively involved in the campaign for a more cohesive society. For example, parastatals and government-controlled businesses.

- Which was your worst encounter with social injustice due to racism?
The expose on the ongoing police brutality directed towards Black people is the worst I have seen. It is sad to see a man shooting another for his skin color.
- To what extent do you think politics influence social injustice?
Politicians are influential individuals who guide people on the direction to take regarding various matters. Speaking in ways that do not favor the Black community leads their followers down the wrong social injustice course.

It saddens me to see Black people suffer at the hands of their fellow human beings. It makes me sceptical about some people.
- Which strategies do you think the government should use to eliminate social injustice against Blacks?
The government should institute strict measures against the discrimination of people based on race. Those found culpable should be subjected to legal procedures.

I think that all businesses, both private and public, should take the initiative to educate their people on how to be racially neutral.

I was bullied by fellow students in elementary school since I studied in a White-dominated school.

Politicians play major roles in creating or breaking social norms. They are prone to normalizing social injustice.

Being Black, I have frequently been observing people treating me with disrespect as compared to my White counterparts, especially when I was in school.

The government should invest in public speakers who can sensitize people on the dangers of social injustice.

All social gatherings can be of assistance to society if their facilitators take some time to educate people.

- Which was your worst encounter with social injustice due to racism?
Being White, I do not have the first-hand experience. However, I recently saw a lady of Asian descent terrorizing a Black employee in her shop. She was calling him all names used to associate Black people with inferiority. It was a shocking incident.
- To what extent do you think politics influence social injustice?
Politicians are synonymous with contempt for Black people in areas where they seek support from their fellow Whites. Their charisma and the charm they use to mislead the Whites about Blacks threaten African Americans.
- How does social injustice against African Americans affect you?
It is hurting to see Blacks suffering perpetually for sins they did not commit. It arouses in me a sense of helplessness. I would love to help, but the issue is ingrained in American society.
- Which strategies do you think the government should use to eliminate social injustice against Blacks?
The government should ensure diversity and inclusion in every governmental and non-governmental institution. Organizations that fail to meet the minimum requirements should be punished accordingly.

Religious institutions have a significant level of influence in society. They should take the initiative to educate people on the importance of social justice.

I often see fellow White workers, especially supervisors, mistreating the Black employees. To me, it is a daily occurrence.
- To what extent do you think politics influence social injustice?
Politicians often spew uncensored statements that are unfair to the Black community. Although not all, the worst are those whose beliefs are centred on racial superiority.
- How does social injustice against African Americans affect you?
I find it hard to get a second job to better take care of my family, yet my fellow White workers here keep on narrating how easily they grasp several opportunities.
- Which strategies do you think the government should use to eliminate social injustice against Blacks?
I believe that formal education should include lessons on the importance of fair interaction amongst all people. Improving children’s thoughts can minimize the incidence of racially unfavourable cases in the future.

All organizations should seclude some job offers for Blacks as they do for people with special needs.
