COVID-19 pandemic caused the closing of businesses and led to employees working from home and others losing their jobs due to lack of finances. The employees, therefore, adopted working from home, and when the pandemic was over, and restrictions were removed, the employees wanted to work remotely from home. In contrast, others have sought alternative jobs to cater to human needs. Therefore, the essay discusses how employers retain employees and recruit new employees.

The various ways that employers can retain employees are by implementing flexible employment policies that will allow the employees to work from home. Also, have leaders that will represent the needs of the employees hence encouraging the employees of inclusivity in the critical issues of the company (Stuart et al., 2021). Additionally, employers can recruit new employees through advertising job opportunities and giving a chance to the responsible and qualified persons to ensure the company’s wellbeing.
