Art can be classified as a very wide group of human activity, which involves the use of artistic creativity to express technical skill, beauty, expressive potency, or conceptual concepts. So far, there has not been any universal definition accepted of art, and perceptions concerning what makes art have drastically changed over the few times. Oil painting, monument, and design are the three established fields of graphical art. A larger definition of the arts includes drama, dance, other presenting arts, and writing, songs, record, and other methods, including collaborative media. Art refers to any talent or mastery before the 17th century, and it was not distinguished from trades or sciences. The fine arts are in a way divided and differentiated after learned abilities in overall, such as the ornamental or practical arts, in contemporary use after the 17th century, where appealing considerations are essential. Museums have been used as storage, preservation, and display of arts, both ancient and current arts, for the generations that later come to learn from the former cultures. For this study, I was able to visit the Heide Museum of Modern Art virtually. The Heide Museum of Modern Art is also known as the Heide and is located in Bulleen, Australia. The art museum was formally established in the 1980s, and it contains both modern and contemporary art of different kinds.
Artworks Analysis
The Rust Red Hills
Georgia O’Keefe created the artwork in the year 1930. Georgia Totto O’Keeffe was born in the year of November 15, 1887, and passed on March 6, 1986. She was an American painter who lived from 1887 to 1986. Her paintings of magnified flowers, skyscrapers in New York, and landscapes in New Mexico were well known. “America’s Mother of Modernism,” as O’Keeffe has been nicknamed. In 1918, she moved to New York on Stieglitz’s advice and began working as a professional artist. The Rust Red Hills got its name from its appearance and its source of inspiration, which was the New Mexico landscape’s slopes. Oil on canvas was used to create it. The Rust Red Hill is a work of landscape art that demands great attention while analyzing it and determining its efficiency. It contains numerous hidden meanings, some of which incorporate Mexican cultural and social activities, as well as Southern American culture.
My Front Yard
The painting is an oil on canvas painted in the year 1941. On the painting, paternal towers over the landscape of New Mexico. The mountain is mostly coated in different colors of green. In the front and middle ground, shrubs dot the terrain.
A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains
Wang completed the painting while he was only 18 years old in 1113, making it one of the largest Chinese history and one of the finest works of Chinese art. Wang was a Chinese painter who lived in the early twelfth century under the Song Dynasty. Wang was a prodigy who was directly instructed by Emperor Huizong of Song and became one of the most renowned court painters of the Northern Song dynasty. He died when he was 23 years old. The paintings of Chinese landscapes are read or viewed, from right to left. However, academics lately stated that this artwork should be considered as a whole panorama. Perhaps he employed the Chinese occlusion method and the Tang hues of green and blue to create massive landscapes. The huge silk picture should be hung on an old, weathered wall. An artist could envision landscapes that he would later capture in his own work by looking through it in the morning or evening.
Evaluation and Reflections
Art is a demonstration of creativity and imagination at its most basic definition. Most artists seek to communicate their imaginal nations to the world through arts. The works of art Philosophers in the field of aesthetics conducted investigative research to determine the life of art and its related conceptions such as originality and arts explanation. Specialists examine the resultant workings of art in the areas of art disapproval and art antiquity. The works of art have had many impacts on my understanding of the various works of art. The tour’s art study altered my interpretation of many works of art. Landscape art, for example, focuses mostly on understanding nature and other physical components of the planet. I also learned to appreciate the creative efforts of an artist who converts their thought processes, imaginations, and mere dreams into a whole piece of art that can profoundly relate to the needs of society.
Thoughts and Experiences
Visiting the Heide Museum of Modern Art is an amazing experience. The Heide museum is rich in the historical backgrounds of various artists, their artistic works, diverse cultures, and all memorable statues both of the contemporary modern world and the ancient drawings preserved. It is a place to preserve the heritage of our society. It reminds us of where we have been before and the place we are at the moment and so challenges everyone towards gearing to make a difference in the society in a way that will be impactful even for the oncoming generations. On the course of my tour across Heide, it was clear that museums mainly serve as the common purpose for the good of the public. They involve the new people who visit them, urge greater compassion, and also urge the enjoying and sharing of true social and ordinary tradition and legacy. The touchable and indefinable indication of culture and nature is obtained, well-maintained, investigated, construed, and exposed in museums. They also offer a natural arena for serious interrogation and study as learning foundations.
Conclusion
It can finally be said that art is a very broad category of human activity that involves expressing technical skill, beauty, emotional strength, or mental notions via the application of creative imagination. From the tour, it is evident that most artists seek to communicate their imaginal nations to the world through arts and art. The society also benefits from the work of arts in various ways, such as the education of children. They can evaluate crucially on their works together with that of others. We highly appreciate their expertise in design, art, and crafts. Young children get to learn how to think and act like designers and artists and how to cooperate logically and imaginatively. In addition, art and craft contribute to a child’s overall development. It also helps children develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
